Not all kombucha is created equally.

The first thing you’ll notice about Mighty Booch kombucha is the taste; a perfect balance of sherbety sweet and sour.

Our small batch brewing process using traditional methods to ensure the our probiotic rich, authentic kombucha is always fresh.

As a result, our brew is low in sugar, and free from commonly used, potentially gut disruptive non-sugar sweeteners such as ethyritol and steviol glycosides.

Mighty Booch kombucha is unpasteurised and naturally packed with live cultures. Add to that a good dose of beneficial acids, and you’ve got a feel good party that’s perfect for your tummy.

LOW SUGAR

Great tasting kombucha is all about balance. We brew our kombucha to have ~3.5% sugar to balance out the classic kombucha tang. So there are NO ADDED SWEETENERS (eg ethyritol, steviol glycosides) to ruin the tummy party.

NON ALCOHOLIC

Our kombucha contains <1% alcohol, as required for non-alcoholic beverages in Western Australia. Trace amounts of alcohol present in ALL naturally fermented foods and beverages serve as a preservative, keeping your kombucha in great shape.
