Remember to get it to the fridge as soon as you get home and keep it there until it’s all gone.

Kombucha must be kept below 5ºC.
Temperatures over 5ºC for extended periods of time may result in fermentation kicking off again.

LIVE CULTURES
Mighty Booch kombucha is unpasteurised and naturally packed with live cultures. Add to that a good dose of acetic acid, and you’ve got a feel good party that’s perfect for your tummy.
LOW SUGAR
Great tasting kombucha is all about balance. We brew our kombucha to have 3% sugar to balance out the classic kombucha tang. So there are NO ADDED SWEETENERS (eg ethyritol, stevia) to ruin the tummy party.
NON ALCOHOLIC
Our kombucha contains <1% alcohol. Naturally fermented to have as little alcohol as possible, what little alcohol remains serves as a preservative to keep your booch in great shape.
